Welcome to BuyHerbalife.co.uk (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our website by UK-based consumers of Herbalife products.

1. About Us

We are an independent distributor of Herbalife products based in the United Kingdom. Our store provides nutritional and wellness items manufactured by Herbalife.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • A UK resident

  • Purchasing for personal use only and not for resale

3. Products and Orders

All Herbalife products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product offerings and prices at any time. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email or order confirmation page).

4. Payment

We accept:

  • Bank Transfers

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and all major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe)

Full payment must be received before orders are dispatched.

5. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of payment confirmation.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery costs). You must notify us by email through our contact page and return the items at your own cost.

If your items are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

7. Personal Data and Privacy

We collect personal data (name, address, contact details) solely to fulfil your order. We do not use this data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in. Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Issues arising from improper use of the products

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our website implies your agreement to the latest version.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the UK courts.
