1. Change of Mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund:

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or sent in error.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Please include photos of the item and packaging, and retain all items until we advise on the return process.
3. How to Return
To initiate a return:

Package the item securely and send it to the address provided in our response.
Please obtain proof of postage — we are not responsible for lost returns.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
